Field Trip: Garden of the Gods
October 15th & 16th in Southern Illinois.
Call for arrangements to add another person to your room.
Shoot with the PROs: Landscape, HDR and Composition.
Come join us for a fun two days as we take a field trip to the Garden of the Gods in Southern Illinois. This beautiful park in the Shawnee National Forest offers some unique scenery seen nowhere else in the Midwest.
The rocks and views are unbelievable and some of the most desirable photographic compositions can be made from the safety of the paths or secure wood decking built into the rock faces.
During this two-day field trip, our instructors, Stephen Weiss and Tom Tussey will explain to you how to set your camera to get professional quality landscape, macro and panoramic images. We will demonstrate how to use exposure bracketing and explain how to use these exposures to create a HDR (High Dynamic Range) image with Adobe software. As a bonus, we should have some fall colors in the landscape!
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to take your photography to the next level as you learn from the pros with this hands-on field trip.
