Return Policy

Creve Coeur Camera wants our customers to be happy with their purchases. Most products can be returned up to 30 days after purchase, provided they are unused and in re-saleable condition (original packaging and warranty cards included) and the original proof of purchase is presented. Please ask for the manager on duty if you have any questions regarding returns. Our return policies are designed to be fair to both our customers and our employee owners.

 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it with your original receipt and original package to the store where purchased during the applicable time period.

 

We will gladly replace the item or refund your money.

 

Return Requirements:

  • Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition.
  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and plastic bags.
  • The warranty card must be included and blank.
  • Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging.
  • Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be assessed if the return requirement are not met.
  • Cash refunds are only given if under $50 or the return is the same day as the purchase. All other cash refunds are issued by check.
  • No returns on film and photographic paper.

  • 7 DAYS WITH RECEIPT, ACCESSORIES, ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED SOFTWARE. FULL REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
  • A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY AFTER 7 DAYS OR IF SOFTWARE IS OPENED.

Errors on Our Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Creve Coeur Camera reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Creve Coeur Camera will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Creve Coeur Camera’s Return Policy.
