The Photographic Consultant (P.C.) position is not just another retail position. We are looking for applicants with the following abilities/strengths: interest in photography/imaging, large amount of detailed info to learn/retain, involvement in keeping the company strong, confidence, positive personal image, great customer service/people/communication skills, a cool head, ability to accept and achieve goals, strong work ethic, long hours on your feet, breaks when customer traffic allows, adherence to appearance guidelines, ability to thrive in a changing environment, good personal hygiene, team attitude, creative input, internal motivation, ability to act on direction, general enjoyment of diverse personalities, helpful nature, and more.

CCC offers you the opportunity to earn based on your own initiative. P.C.s can earn very considerable commission but there is a strong hourly minimum as a safety net.
